We will start with a conversation about your goals, research questions, timeline, and internal priorities. This helps me understand what success looks like and what decisions the research will inform

Based on your needs, I will put together a proposal that outlines the research approach, methods, deliverables, timelines, and cost. I will also include any assumptions or options if you’re still deciding on scope.

Here’s where I work on the details, finalising the method (e.g. interviews, usability testing), creating the discussion guide or test plan, and setting up tools for recording, note-taking, and data capture.

I will either source participants for you or work with your team to confirm you have the right people lined up. This includes screener creation, scheduling, and verifying quality participants who match your criteria.

Testing begins with respondents, and we gather all the necessary data to answer your research questions. This can include interviews, moderated usability tests, or unmoderated studies, depending on the project.

Once data collection is complete, we begin analysis to uncover the insights to answer the research questions. This can include reviewing recordings, deciphering quantitative data, or making sense of proposed menus

You’ll receive a clear summary of findings, plus practical recommendations you can act on. I tailor the format to your audience, whether it’s a visual report, a slide deck, or a quick playback session

Based on the scope, I’ll send a tailored proposal outlining the approach, timelines, costs, and any assumptions, so you have a clear picture before moving forward.

Once approved, I’ll design or review your screener, confirm criteria, and align on logistics like incentive handling, scheduling, and communication preferences

I’ll begin sourcing participants, using trusted panels, networks, or custom outreach, and vet each one carefully to ensure they’re real, relevant, and engaged. You’ll receive regular updates as we go

Participants are delivered as agreed (e.g. scheduled, unmoderated task completions, etc.). I’ll be there with you throughout the delivery process and ensuring quality data output.
Panel curation

We start with a conversation to understand who your target users are, how you plan to use the panel, and what your ideal panel looks like, i.e. size, segmentation, and frequency of use

After reviewing your requirements, we will provide you with a proposal outlining the costs and timelines for us to build the panel

I begin recruiting and vetting participants to match your target profiles, whether that’s B2B, niche, or consumer. I will organize them into segments and ensure all participants are properly screened, consented, and able to offer quality data

Once built, we will provide you with a tailored, organised panel database so you can easily reach out and run studies when needed

If needed, I offer ongoing support to keep your panel engaged, responsive, and ready for research. This includes regular check-ins with participants, thoughtful recontact strategies, and light-touch communication to keep them interested, alongside adding new members, updating segments, and keeping the panel clean and compliant
