From my years in UX Research, I have noticed an unfortunate trend towards sacrificing the quality of data to provide for larger datasets, quicker timelines and tighter budgets.

It got me thinking about how we could reverse this trajectory, take a step back and focus on gathering quality feedback from trusted users. All in a practical manner that suits the speed and status of your business.

That’s where Real People Research was born. I believe the best products are built by listening to the people who use them.

Sounds simple, but in today’s world of AI, rushed feedback, and generic data, getting real human insight requires intention.

I offer years of experience, having partnered with some of the largest companies in the world to help them with their UX Research and participant recruitment needs. 

More recently, I have focused on start-ups and helping them incorporate insights into their products early and in a format that suits them.
